Frequently Asked Questions

Why collect from Yugen?

Yugen works next to emerging artists and private collectors. In this way, we are able to select exclusive artworks that you won’t find elsewhere or in other art galleries. By purchasing through Yugen, you’re enriching your daily life, investing in the careers of the artists and supporting the spread of culture and arts.

When will my new artwork arrive?

All orders will be processed within 7 business days, but the shipping time may vary based on the shipping location. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped. To ensure the preservation and the protection of the artworks, these are personally kept by the same artists and / or private collectors. At the time of purchase, Yugen personally coordinates the shipping process from the artist-collector to the buyer, guaranteeing the best possible customer satisfaction.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is entirely free. Learn more about our Shipping & Return policy click here.

My package is lost, what should I do?

If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at curator@yugenart.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue. Working next to our artists, we will find a way to satisfy the customer.

What is your return policy?

Yugen applies the right of withdrawal to all Consumers, regardless of where they are based. To exercise their right of withdrawal, Users must send to the Owner an unequivocal statement of their intention to withdraw from the contract. Regarding the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by the User – takes physical possession of the goods. Learn more about our Terms and Conditions here.

How do I know that the artwork is authentic?

We ship each artwork with a signed Certificate of Authenticity to guarantee you are collecting an authentic work of art. The certificate includes the title, dimension, materials, and all details of the artwork as well as edition series information.  As a collector, it will be important to hold onto your certificate as it will help with the future value of the work adding provenance and context around your acquisition of the piece.
